Drivers of Live TV Satisfaction

The 2025 Rural Subscriber study polled the happiest live TV customers to discover reasons for their high rate of satisfaction. These were respondents who rated their experience between 8 and 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

As you can see by the responses, the happiest video customers do not have a problem with the price they pay to subscribe to it. Other positive responses were having specific channels, and many to choose from.
