With Innovative’s SIP ACS Service, most customer changes can be done from our office and has been a big savings on truck rolls over the last eight years.

Having been an eLation OSS/BSS customer for some time, we chose the video solution from Innovative Systems because we felt that they had the clearest vision on bringing together OSS assets and video.

The video hardware and software from Innovative Systems does a great job of bringing OTT centric features into our subscription video service, and when they have a new feature for us to deploy, it just works.

Ultimately, we can do more with the same amount of people. eLation has allowed us to grow without unnecessarily adding staff.
