CREATING A TCM REPORT IN REPORT VIEWER
At present, the FCC is not requiring service providers to report on stopping telemarketers and robocalls to their customers, but it would be wise to start keeping track of your efforts. This APMAX Tech Tip will show you how to set up some key tacking components for customers who have the TCM service deployed on their line. There are dozens of statistics that can be recorded, but we will focus on the incoming calls that interact with the service.
After opening Report Viewer, click on the Call Management drop down, drag and drop the TCM icon into the search box, click on the Columns tab and then select the yellow highlighted boxes.
The next step is to click on the Subscriber drop down, drag and drop the Subscriber icon into the search box, click on the Columns tab and then select the yellow highlighted boxes.
Click on results and choose how you want to view your report. At this point you can also save the report criteria in a template for future use by clicking on Save and choosing the Save As option.
