Advanced Training

Join us for this Advanced Training Class

In this three-day comprehensive enhanced voice service course, there will be live attendee interaction and will be held at our corporate office in Mitchell SD.

APMax Advanced Training

Participants of this in-depth program will receive hands-on instruction using the APMax Automated Configuration Service. Course curriculum will be geared towards building and maintaining a variety of hosted SIP Phone environments and Call Centers ranging from small offices to institutional enterprises like schools and hospitals.

What You Will Learn

– Centrex Group Setup in C15 and APMax
– Bench Provisioning of Sip Phones
– Creation of Test Environments for New ACS clients
– Configuration of SIP ACS Enterprise Server
– Layering APMax Services into your Hosted Voice Solution

Upon registration you will receive an email which will give you the opportunity to have input on any specialized training that would be beneficial for your applications.
