APMAX Advanced Training Going Virtual!

With travel restrictions and the safety of our customers and staff in mind, Innovative Systems will be offering our in-depth voice training program online. There will live attendee interaction and remote system connectivity using Microsoft Teams and our secure Bomgar connection.

Course curriculum will be geared towards building and maintaining a variety of hosted SIP Phone environments and Call Centers ranging from small offices to institutional enterprises like schools and hospitals.

The training attendees will receive live virtual exposure to SIP devices connected to a Ribbon C-15 Softswitch that is paired with an APMAX.

Training Fees, Dates, Times and Locations

The APMAX training classes will be conducted on line and we will be using Microsoft Teams for demonstrations and for file sharing. The cost is $875/person.
