The Summer Quarter of 2025 saw an increase in viewership of top cable channels in rural America.
With the collaboration of Innovative Systems MG-TV video operators across the U.S., thousands of households are being counted in this ongoing research project. The data collected in this study is anonymous viewership information based on Set Top Box data, and each reporting service provider does not have access to individual viewing information.
In the summer of 2025, CBS ranked #1 with a share rating of 53.90, showing a 40%+ increase from 38.46 in the summer of 2024.
