In the 2025 Rural Subscriber Study conducted by Pivot Research and commissioned by Innovative Systems, over 800 rural Americans were surveyed about what would motivate them to provide a review of their Broadband Service Provider.

It is not surprising that the biggest motivator in prompting a positive review is offering some type of monetary incentive. It’s encouraging to know that you can enhance reviews by creating positive memories with your customers. While the strategies for doing this are numerous, it all begins with a foundation of kindness and empathy towards everyone you encounter. Provide a positive experience, encourage leaving reviews, and don’t hesitate to ask for them.
