The APMax platform continues to serve customers with 13 unique voice services across North America, and South Arkansas Telephone (SATCO)is one such voice operator.
SATCO, located in southern Arkansas, serves multiple communities with voice and broadband services. Brandon Floyd, Internet Systems Administrator, states that the APMax platform has reliably served their territory for many years, and that, as a testament to the system, he doesn’t spend much time working on it. When maintenance is out of the norm, he says the Innovative Systems voice support is as good as any vendor they have. SATCO currently utilizes seven of the 13 available APMax services, with utilization ranging from 32% to 100%.
Floyd says he would welcome a revamped APMax platform if Innovative were to move in that direction, but for now, APMax continues to operate smoothly in the background, serving SATCO’s customers.
