I definitely learned a lot and felt that I was able to learn about new features I was not even aware of in the eLation system. I was able to learn and share ideas with not only employees of Innovative, but also with other providers as well.

One of my favorite sessions was the customer panel. It was great to hear from other companies using this system.

It was wonderful meeting companies like ours and putting some faces to the support groups that help us!

The customer conferences gives you a chance to talk to other eLation customers and get ideas on how others are using the system and what you could do better. I also learn every year about features that are available that we may not know about or use, as well as new things coming.
