Two Thirds of Americans Desire a Bundled Streaming Service

Back to Insights

A new survey from Horowitz Research revealed that two-thirds (66%) of consumers say they would likely switch to a bundle from one provider for a wide variety of services, including streaming TV services, home security, smart home, music and other subscription services.

Consumers Want More Value From Your Pipe

The convenience of managing all digital services in one place and paying with a single bill is a key benefit of bundling, according to the researchers.

This report found that the highest interest in bundling all digital services and apps is among families with children at home (76%), younger consumers (75% of those aged 18 to 34 and 71% of consumers aged 35 to 49), and streamers (71%).

Bundling increases ARPU and Customer Satisfaction

The 2025 Rural Subscriber Study shows that a significant percentage of consumers continue to bundle their video and broadband services. The survey analyzed over 800 households in rural areas and found that among those with television service, 37% receive their internet from the same provider.

Offering more services to your customers increases their satisfaction and generates higher Average Revenue Per User.
