The team also provides connectivity for local schools, bringing them under one roof instead of spreading them across multiple service providers. Irene calls it \u201ca big win for education.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A suite that moves clients forward<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asked which eLation process makes the biggest difference, Irene couldn\u2019t pick just one. \u201cIt\u2019s a multitude of processes,\u201d Irene explains. \u201cThe eLation system and the suite of eLation\u2026 is constantly wanting to move their clients forward, streamlining processes, giving them more tools, whether it\u2019s in sales, the field, customer service, in all those different areas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer experience across the whole life cycle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For RTC, the work doesn\u2019t stop once service is connected. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t end with the install. It\u2019s the life cycle of that customer,\u201d Irene says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tools like the eLation apps, subscriber notifications, and live messenger give the team more ways to stay in touch. \u201cThere\u2019s so many ways that we can communicate with that customer to improve their experience,\u201d Irene notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That communication supports a proactive approach: \u201cIt\u2019s keeping them off that trouble ticket report. It\u2019s being proactive.
