In an area where residents often drive long distances for groceries, dining, or entertainment, reliable cellular coverage is essential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PTCI Upgrading to APMax Wireless Unified Messaging<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a mindset of providing the most robust coverage network for Panhandle residents, having a locally managed and supported Voice Messaging service on their mobile devices elevates PTCI&#8217;s customer commitment. According to Elizabeth Brown, Marketing Manager at PTCI, voice services are far from dead and cited a number of reasons why PTCI invested in the upgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A desire to take good care of their customers, one of the counties served by PTCI has a population density of just 1 person per square mile. While the major wireless companies primarily cover areas near the highways, PTCI, which owns its own cell towers, is dedicated to serving customers who live in the remote regions of the Panhandle. Brown mentioned that voicemail remains crucial for their business customers, and if any issues arise with it, that is their first call to support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCI, an independent cellular provider, has recently invested in upgrading its back-end core network. This upgrade also included enhancing customer-facing features, such as voicemail. Brown stated that their long-standing experience with the Innovative voicemail service on their wireline network gave them confidence in adding it to their cellular service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The end goal for PTCI, according to Brown, is to provide customers with good service at competitive prices.
