Thanks for being a customer or end user of Innovative Systems, LLC (Innovative Systems) applications or web pages. Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our websites, software and services (\u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What & Why<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We and or your service provider collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services and\/or intellectual property:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account.<\/em> We collect, and associate with your account, information like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, physical address, and account activity. Some services let you access your accounts and your information through web portals provided by your service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services.<\/em>  Our Services are designed to support the Service Providers\u2019 solutions in providing services to their end users. Any information provided as part of these services is maintained within the Service Providers\u2019 system. Your profile information is available as part of your Service Providers\u2019 system, network, internal applications and BSS\/OSS of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Usage.<\/em> We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (like sharing, editing, viewing, and moving files or folders). This helps us provide you with features that enhances the Service Provider\u2019s system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This includes things like IP addresses, the type of browser and device you use, and identifiers associated with your devices. Typical usage and content information is maintained within the network, transmitted for use for troubleshooting, and used to improve the end-user experiences.  Innovative Systems does track usage of our own Internal website for who, what, when and how long customers use our website.  Except for the Innovative Systems Internal website, we do not track any websites.  We do not sell any private information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With whom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may share information as discussed below, but we will not sell it to advertisers or other third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certain features let you make additional information available to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other applications.<\/em> Innovative Systems does not collect or store end user contact information that is provided through any applications \u2013 for example, via Innovative Systems APIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Law & Order.<\/em> We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Innovative Systems or our users; or (d) protect Innovative Systems\u2019 property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. We\u2019ll abide by the following Government Request Principles when receiving, scrutinizing and responding to government requests (including national security requests) for our users\u2019 data, protect all users and provide trusted services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security.<\/em> We have a team dedicated to keeping your information secure and testing for vulnerabilities. We also continue to work on features to keep your information safe and alerts when new devices and apps are linked to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retention.<\/em> Our system has the ability to retain information you store on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you close your account, we\u2019ll also delete your information after a predetermined period. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.  You can access your personal information by calling your Service Provider or logging into your Service Provider\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our services have been deployed in the North American networks, Caribbean and US Territories to various service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovative Systems is subject to various oversight as a Limited Liability Company that is privately owned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
