The base APMAX provides CLASS, Standard, Automatic Number, Changed Number, and Custom Announcement capabilities with a user friendly Announcement Manager.

TDM and IP Interfaces
APMAX supports not only the TDM interfaces of legacy switches, but also the next generation IP interfaces. A single APMAX system can interface with legacy switches on a TDM, AIN and ISUP basis while simultaneously interfacing to next generation switches on an IP basis using SIP, RTP, UDP, TCP, HTTP and HTTPS. The built in redundant web servers can also provide web service interfaces for web pages, PC applications like Phone Central, and Unified Messaging features such as Voice Mail to e-mail. IMS architecture insures that the platform can continually evolve to meet future requirements.
