Financials: Purchasing to Accounts Payable Hands-On Training Session
Due to high demand, both Purchasing to Accounts Receivable Training sessions are full.

If you are interested in learning more about our Purchasing and Accounts Payable functionality this session is for you. We will discuss how to use Purchase Order Approval, Quotes, Orders and Receipts to gain efficiency when making purchases and how this can help simplify your Accounts Payable process.

eLation Financials Support staff will hold training sessions at the Innovative Systems office. The session will be offered two times: 9:30 am - 11:30 am and again from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. Only 16 attendees are allowed per session, so pre-registration is required. You may register for hands-on training along with your general User Meeting registration. Find more information here.

Financials: Bar Coding Scanner Demo

If you are interested in seeing a live demonstration of the Bar Coding Scanner, you are invited to join us at the Innovative Systems office on Tuesday April 6, 2010 from 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm. Join us for this demo to see the bar code scanner in action and learn how to use eLation Bar Code Scanning to receive inventory, transfer inventory from warehouse to warehouse, create inventory adjustments and count your inventory. This session will be offered just one time. Pre-registration is NOT required.

                         made in recent upgrades to make sure you are making the most of the software. We will also
                         preview some of the coming changes.
2:00 - 2:30         Financials: Allocation
                         Do you have expenses that you want to share between companies or divisions? Join us for a look
                         at the new Allocation functionality coming out in Release 3.0.
2:30 - 3:00         Financials: Payroll
                         Are you getting the information you need from payroll? Join us for a few tips and a look at some
                         key payroll reports.
3:00 - 3:15         Break
3:15 - 4:00         Financials: CPR Overheads
                         Would you like an easier way to spread your overheads to your CPR items? Join us for a look at
                         our new Overhead Spread functionality for CPRs that will be coming in Release 3.0.
4:00 - 4:30         Financials: Inventory
                         Join us for a look at some of the recent changes in Inventory clearing that will help you spread
                         your expenses for miscellaneous equipment used in the course of your business. Also, we have
                         added the ability to record Use Tax at the time of Inventory Quantity Adjustments; come and
                         see how. We will also take a look at how the new Physical Count screen works.
