                         Here we will explore the many benefits of using the integration of all eLation products to
                         assist your company in running more efficiently.
9:45 - 10:15       New Customer Service Features in eLation
                         eLation Billing continues to offer many enhancements in the Customer Service area. In this
                         session we will introduce the latest enhancements to Account Explorer, Advanced Search,
                         Order Queue List and Payment Processing - all designed to bring significant time saving
                         benefits to your company.

10:30 - 11:00      Order Entry Tips
                         There have been many updates to the Order Entry process that we will share with you. This
                         presentation will cover the benefits of real-time order entry, vacation order changes, census
                         tract information, and updates made to the Order Queue List.
11:00 - 11:30      New Billing Features in eLation
                         eLation Billing continues to offer enhancements in the Billing area. In this session we will
                         introduce the latest enhancements made to Billing, Invoice Display, Optional Call Plans,
                         and Reporting that are designed to bring significant time saving benefits to your company.
11:30 - Noon      Equipment - Everything You Need to Know
                         We will discuss the tracking of equipment from Tables configuration and Order Entry through
                         to provisioning. If you currently track equipment in eLation Billing or are considering it; you
                         will definitely want to attend this informative session.

1:00 - 1:40         eLation in Action - Marketing Study
                          We collaborated with two of our eLation clients to conduct a marketing study to determine what
                         type of marketing materials their customers responded best to. We will share the outcome of
                         that study and also show how your company can use eLation to do the same type of research.
1:40 - 2:00         Bundle Configuration - Planning is the Key
                          We will review the Bundle Configuration worksheet and give you tips on how to plan your
                         bundles so they will be most effective.
2:00 - 2:30         Marketing Upsell in Action
                          We will review the aspects of the Marketing Upsell functionality that was created to assist
                         your Customer Care Representatives in up-selling service to customers that qualify for these
                         opportunities. We will take you through the entire process; Table Configuration to Order Entry
                         to Reporting.
2:30 - 3:00         Letter Writer
                          If you would like to learn more about the Letter Writer functionality and how it can benefit your
                         company then you will not want to miss this session. We will review the benefits and the ease of
                         use for this powerful tool.

                         eLation SDP continues to add many enhancements and in this session we will give you an
                         overview of the most significant changes.
4:00 - 4:30         Trouble Ticket Enhancements and Reporting
                         Over the past year there have been many enhancements made to the Trouble Ticket
                         functionality. We will review the changes and benefits with you to make sure that you are
                         aware of the benefits you may gain from using the new functionality and reports.

                          During this session we will review enhancements made to the Capital Credits application and
                         point out the benefits that you will receive as you work through your Capital Credits processes.
9:10 - 9:30         Usage Reporting - The Power to Get What You Need The Way You Need It
                          In this session we will give an overview of the latest Usage Reporting functionality. We will show
                         you how to create reports that give you what you need, formatted the way you want them.
9:30 - 9:50         CPNI Best Practices
                          During this session we will review the CPNI rules and demonstrate how you can best use eLation
                         to help meet the regulatory requirements.
9:50 - 10:15        Introducing New Functionality in eLation CABS
                          eLation CABs offers many new enhancements. In this session we will give an overview of the
                         automated e-mail of CABs invoices, and the Usage to CABs audit tool and more.
10:15 - 10:30      Break
 10:30 - 10:50      Ease of Use for Entering Billing Payments
                         In this session we will review the process and benefits of entering Billing Payments through the
                         Financials Point of Sale software.
10:50 - 11:00      Notices - What Options are Available?
                          We will review the options that eLation offers when sending out notices to your customers. You
                         may choose invoice display, a separate notice form, or one of the new electronic options; or a
                         combination of these. Join us to see which options would work best for your company.
11:10 - 11:30      Add Invoice Ready Changes in Point of Sale
                          During this session we will give an overview of the new Invoice Ready Functionality, which allows
                         you to enter a charge in POS to be placed on the customer's invoice in eLation Billing.

Billing: Advanced Search Hands-On Training Sessions
Due to high demand, both Advanced Search Training sessions are full.

If you are interested in learning more about Advanced Search, this session is one you will not want to miss! We will be giving an overiew of Advanced Search regarding the many areas in the eLation Billing software where it may be used to help make your company run more efficiently. We will guide you through configuring a few different types of Advanced Searches so you may gain experience using the powerful reporting tool. During this hands-on training session you will receive valuable tips on how to successfully create and modify existing Advanced Searches. We are certain that you will learn a lot in this session. eLation Billing Support staff will hold training sessions at the Innovative Systems office. Only 16 attendees are allowed per session, so pre-registration is required. You may register for hands-on training along with your general User Meeting registration. Find more information here.
