As the Service Address gains more importance in eLation Billing and in the integration to other
eLation Products we would like to review the importance of the Service Address as it relates to
IMS/SDP Facilities, Map Viewer, FCC Form 477 Reporting, and the E911 – MSAG Records. We
will also review the Service Address Cleanup application that will allow you to manage and

In this session we will review several areas in the software that are designed to save you time
including the following: Account Explorer Print Options, USOC Batch, Queue List Customization,
Navigation Shortcut Keys, Payment Entry - Reconnect Order, and more. 8:30 - 9:30
In this Capital Credits session we will review these enhancements: All History Balance screen,
Allocation Statement Printing, Patronage Adjustment Report, Review Write-off Recoveries. We
will also give a refresher regarding 1099 processing. 9:30 - 10:15
We have enhanced the Trouble application and will give you a preview of the changes. We will
review the Trouble options in Report Designer and Advanced Search. And, we'll explain how
technicians would use Field Communicator to download trouble tickets and orders to their
laptop to work in a disconnected mode. 9:30 - 10:15
We will review how to simplify your USOC table by migrating your most common USOCs (911
Fees, Franchise Charges, etc.) to a Calculated Charge or Credit. We'll also give tips on

Classic Plant to the new Service Areas and SDP Facilities functionality and review how the

In this session we will introduce the new Letter Writer application and give you an overview of
how your can implement Letter Writer at your company. 2:30 - 3:00
We'll introduce a tool to identify and analyze phantom traffic on your network. See how to
analyze traffic being sent and received over specific trunk groups to identify misrouted
traffic. We'll also show how to use Message Analysis to compare switch recorded usage to
access billing records received from tandem(s) and analyze, identify and report on the
