APMAX Training

About this Class...

This training course covers all the Voice features and functions of the APMAX and is designed to simulate an actual installation of an APMAX System. Through hands-on activities, attendees actively participate in the configuration and management of the APMAX as well as switch configuration procedures. Configuration procedures consist of one time initial setup of the switch and the APMAX for C15 announcements, Calling Name, Unified Messaging, Basic & On-Demand Conferencing, Single Number Service, Notify Plus and more . Management procedures will allow attendees to update and modify databases, activate services using the APMAX software, and assign options to subscriber directory numbers.

Sioux Falls, SD, approximately one hour east of Mitchell on I-90, is the closest commercial airport. Car rental is available at the Sioux Falls Airport (Hertz, Thrifty, National, etc.).  Upon completion of your registration, we will mail you directions from the Sioux Falls Airport to Innovative Systems as well as a map of Mitchell showing the location of our office and the hotel.
