Global Blocking Offers Improved Protection
There are two components in TCM that lets you block bad guys for all of your customers that are provisioned with the service. An updated FCC Do Not Call list is automatically loaded into your APMAX once per week, and you can configure a global list from your subscribed TCM customer blocked lists. These numbers will be greeted with a blocked recording, effectively ending the call.
TCM Stops Spoofing at the Network Level
We have enhanced this service to provide network level control. The Trunk Group Challenge feature is designed to challenge local spoofing from outside your network. This feature uses an Inter Office Trunk Trigger and is a system wide setting that alleviates provisioning every subscriber line.
