The Survey Says

In the fourth yearly installment of the Rural Video and Broadband Research study, consumers turned in their grades on why they like their video service and also why they don’t like it. As you can see from the info-graphic below, respondents who gave you high ratings, ranked trouble free, feature rich service as their top reasons.

On the other side of the coin, for the fourth consecutive year, two variables dominated television provider dissatisfaction; rates, and unreliability.  Those responses have been number one and number two in frequency during all four years of the research study.
