APMAX provides a central office grade platform providing up to 192 SIP or DS-0 channels and approximately 8,000 hours of redundant message storage. Unified Messaging is scalable, allowing you to have from 100 to 50,000 mailboxes. At Innovative Systems, we are fully committed to compatibility testing and have an in-house lab with captive switches where we perform thorough testing to be certain the Unified Messaging service will work on your switch.

Outstanding Conversion and Support
If you are replacing a Voice Mail system, often we can automate the conversion of subscriber information (telephone number and voice mail package) in preparation for the cutover. If you are transferring Voice Mail licenses from an AP to an APMAX, we can transfer almost all information including mailbox data, greetings, messages and end user settings. We also provide technical support and marketing support including user guide templates to help you along the way.

E-Mail Voice Messages to Customers
One of the most popular features of APMAX Unified Messaging is E-forward. This service converts the customer's voice message to a wave file and e-mails it to single or multiple e-mail addresses. Today everyone checks their e-mail and E-forward makes it easy to manage voice messages. Customers can save to their computer's hard drive those once-in-a-lifetime messages as well as forward voice messages through their e-mail to friends, family or business associates.
