Feature Interactions and Incompatibilities:
Calls originated through the use of a CLASS feature (i.e. Automatic Call
Back) will not encounter this service. OCM is not compatible with other
services utilizing the Off Hook Delay Trigger, such as Personal Billing,
Account Code Billing, and Campus Toll Calling.
