Firebar System Requirements:

Application Peripheral™(AP) Software:
Release 4.2 or higher.
Switch:
Requires SS7 and DS-1 connectivity with ISUP trunking.
Right to Use License:
The initial service includes 1 Firebar and 4 DNs. Additional Firebars to a maximum of 4 are licensed individually. Additional DNs are licensed in blocks of 4 to a maximum of 60.
Billing System Requirements:
None
Custom Announcements:
The announcements for Firebar are provided with the service.
Feature Interactions and Incompatibilities:
The AP Conferencing feature is required for proper operation. A complete AP system can support 64 ports - one 32-port conference per unit. An optional capability of this service is the use of the Barge In feature. Use of this feature requires the Nortel&reg DMS-10 Release 504 Generic and Service Node Trunk Control.
