Online Conference Management

With access to ManageMyPhone.com, the Conference Administrator (subscriber) can manage conferences using the Internet Enhanced Conference System (ISIA required). This optional feature gives the Conference Administrator the ability to control several aspects of the conference in real-time from the Internet, thus providing even more efficient, productive and enjoyable conferences.

In the Conference Manager window, the Conference Administrator views a conference table as shown. A chair icon represents each attendee. The label below each chair displays the name or phone number of the attendee. If the attendee’s phone number is found in the Outlook™ Contact list of the administrator, the name associated with that contact entry will be displayed. If the attendee’s phone number is marked as 'Private' or is 'Unknown', the administrator may right click on the participant icon and insert the caller’s name. A microphone icon will appear whenever a participant is speaking.

The Conference Administrator Can:

  • Adjust Caller Volume
  • Mute Callers/Unmute Callers
  • Remove Callers from a Conference
  • Add Attendees to a Conference
