Some functionality requires AP Software Release 4.2.1 or higher.
Switch:
SS7 software with 2 SS7 links to the AP.
AIN software with the termination attempt and 10 digit public office dial plan triggers.
Trunks to the AP for announcements.
ISUP trunks to the AP (depending upon switch requirements).
Right to Use License:
Sold in increments of 25 subscribers.
Billing System Requirements:
None
Custom Announcements:
Announcements for Automated Attendant on the AP Announcement System are provided with the service.
Feature Interactions and Incompatibilities:
Automated Attendant is not compatible with other services utilizing the Termination Attempt Trigger,
such as Telemarketer Call Screening.
Other:
Calls accessing switch-based features or vertical service codes will not be subject to this service.
This may include specially coded vertical service codes or CLASS features such as ACB. It is recommended
that if this service is used to provide security, CLASS options be disabled.
