Trademark Registration Received for IPTV Middleware Functionality

MITCHELL, SD- Innovative Systems has received a Certificate of Mark Registration from the South Dakota Secretary of State for a component of Innovative Systems’ IPTV middleware solution. The Virtual Remote™ is a key piece of functionality in the Innovative Systems IPTV middleware system which provides an enhanced support option that saves time and reduces costly truck rolls.

The Virtual Remote™ is deployed as an integrated feature of the Innovative Systems IPTV middleware solution at numerous locations across North America and is receiving positive feedback from both new and existing customers. “One of the things we were really sold on with Innovative’s middleware is the Virtual Remote™, which allows our customer support group the ability to take control of a subscriber’s set top box to quickly solve subscriber problems,” said Ronan Telephone Company’s President and Operations Manager, Rosa Tougas.
