Travel Information
Sioux Falls, SD, approximately one hour east of Mitchell on I-90, is the closest commercial airport. Car rental is available at the Sioux Falls Airport (Hertz, Thrifty, National, etc.).
If you will be flying into Mitchell on a charter, the FBO in Mitchell is Wright Brothers. Wright Brothers can be reached at 605-996-1228. Car rental is availble from Iverson-Chrysler at 800-753-5508.
Directions from the Sioux Falls, SD airport to Mitchell, SD
- Leaving the airport, turn left (North) on Minnesota Ave. Go 1.3 miles to the stop light.
- Turn left (West) on 60th Street. Go 2 miles.
- Turn right on to I-29 North.
- Take the I-90 West exit, Exit 84B.
- It is about 70 miles to Mitchell on I-90.
