Current Positions Available:

Accounting/Administrative Assistant
Innovative Systems is accepting applications for a full time Accounting/Administrative Assistant for our office staff. Qualifications would include a reliable individual with an accounting or bookkeeping background, previous experience with QuickBooks Software and all Microsoft Office applications and excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Duties would include assisting the Controller with all functions involved in the accounting office, assisting in the answering and directing of phone calls, and miscellaneous office tasks for our growing company.

Technical Support Specialists
Innovative Systems is accepting applications for a Technical Support Specialist. This position is responsible for providing software and hardware support to our clients. By interfacing our service platform with Genband, Metaswitch, Taqua, Siemens and Lucent switching equipment, a Technical Support Specialist would encounter a unique mix of support issues in the areas of telephony, computer networking, Internet controlled telephone services, and IPTV video systems. A Technical Support Specialist interacts with clients on a daily basis in a fast-paced, high-tech industry. Computer experience is necessary. Telephony experience is helpful but not required.
Duties Include:
- Assist Innovative Systems clients with the installation and provisioning of Innovative Systems Voice and Video products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to Innovative Systems clients with the installation, support and configuration of Innovative Systems products.
- Diagnose, resolve and document hardware and software issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide end user training and support where required.
- Some travel to client sites is required.
Preferred Applicant Will Have:
- Experience with the following software and technologies - Windows 2000, XP, Vista, SQL, Linux, Cisco Routers, Window Web Servers, TCP/IP.
- Proficiency in the installation of various types of data communications, network, PC, and server hardware.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and documentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Desire to keep current with the latest state-of-the-art technology in the areas of communications, networking, protocols, hardware, and software.

Customer Software Support Specialists
Innovative Systems is currently accepting resumes for Software Support Specialists. The responsibilities of this position would include technical analysis, application testing, documentation, client training, direct customer service and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Applicants must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred background would include either a business or teaching degree and/or customer service or software support experience.

Software Developers
Innovative Systems is currently accepting resumes for Software Developers.
